These are the rules for KWLN.CITY. Everyone agrees to them when they\nregister, and they apply to everything posted here.

\n
    \n

  1. Treat people like people. Disagree with ideas as hard as you want. Don't dehumanize, insult, or pile on the person holding them.

    \n
    2. \n

  2. No harassment. No targeted abuse, threats, stalking, or campaigns meant to drive someone off the platform. Repeatedly contacting someone who's asked you to stop is harassment, circle-based or not.

    \n
    3. \n

  3. No discrimination or hate. No content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against people for who they are — race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.

    \n
    4. \n

  4. No doxxing or non-consensual exposure. Don't share someone's private information, location, or intimate images without their consent, regardless of where you got them.

    \n
    5. \n

  5. Be honest about who you are. No impersonating another person or organization to deceive. Parody and satire are fine when they're obviously what they are.

    \n
    6. \n

  6. No illegal content. This one isn't a judgment call: no child sexual abuse material, no credible incitement to violence, no content illegal under the law governing this server.

    \n
    7. \n

    \n
    8. \n

  8. Federation is a courtesy, not a loophole. Being on a different server from someone doesn't license behavior you'd be removed for locally. Server owners can and will block servers that become a vector for abuse.

    \n
    9. \n
